The New Media Salon

This collection of work is a celebration of the varying techniques found across New Media Art. The evening features a screen based installation with artwork by Ben Heim, Kat Zhang, Marissa Sher, Matthias Brown and Samir Zahran, co-curated by ARTXCODE & Studio As We Are. 

From the generative visuals of Heim's musical scores, Zhang's algorithmically altered Venus de Milo, and Sher's refreshingly unique take on traditional special effects, the work tastefully blends the classics with the contemporary. The collection is a nod to the past, reconfigured with the technology of today.
