Time for Oatmeal

In 2017 at at Design Miami/, design luminaries Humberto and Fernando Campana unveiled Time for Oatmeal in collaboration with LIZWORKS.

The setting, conceived by the Campanas, reimagines food as material and material as food—a natural, sensory environment that both extols the virtues of oatmeal and celebrates it in surprising and extraordinary new ways. The walls and ceiling of their site-specific installation will be lined with wooden spoons, creating a mesmerizing wind chime effect. Anchoring the space is a massive serving table, specially designed by the Campanas for TFO, using wood panels laminated in actual oats.
